What we do
We acquire real estate with an impact-before-profit focus.
Our mission:
• Revitalization, upcycling, protection and re-use of existing built environment
• Avoiding harmful speculation structures and protecting social costs of living
This is possible by implementing the veto-share-model of the Purpose Foundation.
As a dedicated financing and investment vehicle, we structure subordinated (profit-participating) loans and deploy capital as debt or equity into selected real estate companies who submit to the principles of steward ownership.
Our articles of association prohibit private profit distributions and asset sales. Through us, capital flows with intention and awareness.
